1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 86bd platform and all its services. When you visit the 86bd website, create an account, or use any service, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age & Identity

To create an account at 86bd, you must be at least 21 years old. By registering, you confirm that you are eligible to participate in online betting and gaming activities under applicable law.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account. 86bd reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

• Provide your real name and identity matching your payment account
• Ensure your contact details are valid
• The payment method must be registered in your own name

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

86bd processes transactions exclusively through Bangladesh's mobile banking services. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

3.2 Transaction Conditions

All financial transactions must be completed through a mobile banking account registered in your name. Transactions made through third-party accounts are prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, it will be rejected and a return to the sender will be attempted.

3.3 Withdrawal Process

86bd reserves the right to complete a verification process before approving a withdrawal request. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive the bonus
• A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus)
• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once

4.2 General Bonus Rules

All bonus offers may be changed, suspended, or cancelled at any time at 86bd's discretion. 86bd reserves the right to investigate any suspected bonus abuse. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

86bd's VIP program has three tiers. Through regular play, you can automatically advance to a higher tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week

Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to eligible members' accounts. 86bd determines the cashback amount and wagering conditions and reserves the right to amend them as needed.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 86bd platform:

• Conducting gaming or betting activities on behalf of minors
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Exploiting system errors or technical advantages unfairly
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses
• Engaging in harassing or abusive behaviour towards other members
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Using automated software or bots to conduct gaming

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of balances, and legal action where necessary.

7 Account Management & Security

7.1 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details secure. Use a strong password and do not share it with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the 86bd support team immediately.

7.2 Account Suspension & Closure

86bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a terms violation is found
• Suspicious fraudulent activity is detected
• Identity verification fails
• You request to close your own account

7.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, 86bd may apply an inactivity fee or close the account. The member will be notified by email before any such action is taken.
